Manages client relationships, financial oversight, accounting, tax coordination, banking, payments, compliance, and administrative processes. Leads client service staff by assigning workloads, monitoring deliverables, coaching employees, conducting evaluations, and supporting onboarding. Collaborates across tour, royalties, tax, payroll, personal services, legal, insurance, and banking functions while improving workflows and maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Supports the royalties team by downloading and updating daily statements, processing payments and commissions, allocating royalty shares, creating and tracking invoices, following up on payments, managing distributor transfers, and completing miscellaneous forms. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of the music industry. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Nashville with three required in-office days weekly.

Supports account managers with clients’ personal financial administration, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, payments, banking, accounts payable and receivable, compliance filings, and financial documentation. Coordinates client communications, scheduling, records, onboarding, and departmental workflows while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The role also assists with process improvements, reporting, audits, and vendor and financial institution coordination.
