Paid 10-week summer internship for active college students studying horticulture or an adjacent field. Interns rotate through branch operations, shadow managers, receive mentorship and safety training, and develop skills in landscape services, leadership, business development, presentations, project management, account management, sales, estimating, and administration. The role requires weekday availability, outdoor work, commuting to branch locations, and successful completion may lead to full-time employment after graduation.

Management trainee program offering job shadowing, mentor support, and hands-on commercial landscaping experience. Training covers leadership, conflict resolution, team building, scheduling, and professional development. Candidates must perform outdoor manual labor, possess horticulture coursework/degree interest, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic Microsoft Office ability, valid driver’s license, and US work authorization.
