Management trainee program offering job shadowing, mentor support, and hands-on commercial landscaping experience. Training covers leadership, conflict resolution, team building, scheduling, and professional development. Candidates must perform outdoor manual labor, possess horticulture coursework/degree interest, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic Microsoft Office ability, valid driver’s license, and US work authorization.

Manage and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts as primary client contact. Coordinate with operations, perform site walkthroughs, resolve client issues, advise on enhancements, support sales and estimates, and assist with snow removal and winter communications to ensure client retention and contract renewals.
