Teams at Level AI

As a FullStack Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge web interfaces, translate designs into code, and build APIs for customer-facing tools.

Work with designers, PMs, and engineers to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for enterprise AI workflows. Contribute to and improve the design system, conduct research and UX audits, participate in critiques, and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, payroll inputs, benefits and leave administration, employee engagement, performance appraisal coordination, training logistics, grievance resolution, and exit processes to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
