Teams at Level

Design, build, and operate highly available backend services for the Level platform (identity, privacy, publishing, social, games, telemetry). Own end-to-end service lifecycle, drive performance/monitoring/CI-CD, collaborate with product/design/education teams, and champion testing, security, and operational excellence.

Lead social strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and X. Create and publish platform-tailored content, manage community and reputation, develop crisis response protocols, run social listening, select tooling, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with content, communications, and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.

Build and run Level's CRM function: select and operate the CRM platform, define data and segmentation schema, ensure deliverability and compliance, execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, SMS, push, in‑app), run A/B tests, and report on retention, conversion and engagement.
