As a Quality Engineer 2, you will ensure product quality, facilitate testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across teams and managing inspection equipment.

Operate and set up CNC turning centers and various secondary machines to manufacture and finish parts. Inspect parts to specifications using blueprint reading and GD&T, perform SPC and process maintenance, train coworkers, perform routine machine maintenance, complete paperwork, and ensure quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Leads enterprise portfolio resource planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and capacity forecasting. Advises executives on portfolio sequencing, resource constraints, tradeoffs, risks, and strategic alignment. Oversees cross-project conflict resolution, scenario modeling, executive steering committee meetings, portfolio reporting, and governance follow-through. Develops recommendations for staffing, hiring, and skill development across organizational initiatives.
