Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching staff, supporting league registrations and memberships, managing payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance, resolving customer issues, and preparing for promotion to General Manager. The role requires evening and weekend availability and includes a starting salary of $45,000–$54,000, with a path to a $70,000–$80,000+ General Manager salary.
