Provide personal and compliance support to the company Director and Compliance Department. Manage corporate registration, modification, deregistration, tax registration, banking liaison, annual filings, licenses, seals, contracts, compliance records, risk alerts, and administrative compliance processes. The role requires fluent Chinese and English, a Law, Finance, or Business Administration degree, and 1–3 years of compliance or corporate affairs experience.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including office management, itinerary planning, task coordination, and work summaries. Performs Chinese-Portuguese interpretation and translation, liaises with legal counsel and local stakeholders, and accompanies management on mining site inspections, project evaluations, negotiations, and field coordination.
