The HR Consultant will provide strategic HR support, guide leadership teams, manage employee relations, and promote a high-performance culture.

Provide advisory and investigative employee relations support across the organization: resolve workplace disputes, ensure legal compliance, lead investigations, support managers with performance plans, analyze engagement data, develop policies and training, and report ER metrics to HR leadership.

Provide excellent customer service, assist the General Manager with store operations, complete sales transactions via POS, maintain store presentation, assist with merchandising and inventory, perform opening/closing duties including bank deposits, complete required training, and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
