Handles inbound customer calls and accurately processes orders across in-store, remote, and online channels. Conducts outbound customer contacts to identify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for Commercial Account Executives. Builds relationships with existing customers, supports sales and profitability goals, responds to inquiries, assists with merchandise preparation and invoicing, and completes training on commercial center operations, safety, compliance, and company procedures.

Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, account analyses, inventory valuation schedules, and financial reports. Supports month-end close, variance investigation, audit requests, internal controls, and inventory accounting across retail, distribution, and e-commerce operations. Partners with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and provide ad hoc analyses. Requires strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

The Office Manager performs full-cycle accounting across multiple locations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, reporting, compliance, and inventory analysis. The role also manages administrative operations, corporate communications, vendors, office supplies, and employee coordination. Success requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP/POS experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
