Provide advisory and investigative employee relations support across the organization: resolve workplace disputes, ensure legal compliance, lead investigations, support managers with performance plans, analyze engagement data, develop policies and training, and report ER metrics to HR leadership.

Support senior leadership across retail, commercial, and service divisions with financial analysis, forecasts, variance explanations, KPI analysis, decision-support modeling, and executive-level reporting to drive cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational improvements.

Support industrial hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental compliance across manufacturing operations. Assist with safety monitoring, inspections, training coordination, audits, emergency preparedness, hazard identification, regulatory reporting (EPA/IEPA, Tier 2, ROSS, SWPPP, NFPA), QMS documentation, SOP drafting, and follow-up on corrective actions to improve safety performance.
