Manages finance operations for a business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly close analysis, financial modeling, performance reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with operations, sales, supply chain, and corporate finance to improve profitability, margins, resource allocation, working capital, and cost control. Leads financial planning, dashboards, KPIs, business cases, and pricing analysis while developing finance team members and supporting process improvement and corporate finance alignment.

Coordinates manufacturing forecasts, purchase orders, production tracking, inventory reconciliation, raw-material dispatch, finished-goods shipments, invoices, and operational documentation. Acts as a liaison among manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, vendors, distribution centers, stores, and internal teams while supporting customer service, reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects.

Support industrial hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental compliance across manufacturing operations. Assist with safety monitoring, inspections, training coordination, audits, emergency preparedness, hazard identification, regulatory reporting (EPA/IEPA, Tier 2, ROSS, SWPPP, NFPA), QMS documentation, SOP drafting, and follow-up on corrective actions to improve safety performance.
