Support and train BI users across Western Europe, lead the BI Key User community, analyze reporting needs, optimize existing reports, support report creation and documentation, identify automation opportunities, contribute to data modeling, and participate in Group business intelligence projects.

Develop and manage the EMEAI biogas business in line with global strategy. Build customer relationships, manage opportunity pipelines, coordinate regional teams, execute key account plans, monitor sales, and support project development. Develop value propositions, marketing plans, and demand-generation activities while maintaining accurate Salesforce CRM information. The role requires strong industry knowledge, customer negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent international travel across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Supports rolling forecasts, variance and cost analysis, financial modeling, KPI monitoring, profitability analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Partners with accounting, supply chain, sales and marketing, tax, treasury, and other teams to improve reporting and decision support. This 18-month V.I.E. assignment is based in Milwaukee and begins in Q1 2027.
