Leads enterprise IT operations and reliability across Support, SAP, Infrastructure, and Platform teams. Oversees production stability, observability, major incident command, ITSM governance, resilience, disaster recovery, FinOps, licensing, budgets, and managed-service partner performance. Establishes reliability metrics, SLAs, escalation processes, continuous-improvement plans, and executive reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Leads Procelys’s sales and marketing strategy across China and APAC, driving sustainable growth, customer expansion, new business development, negotiations, and commercial launches. Builds and manages regional go-to-market teams, establishes performance targets, oversees budgets and forecasts, monitors KPIs, and coordinates Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Innovation, and Customer Service functions.

Provides technical leadership and customer support for spirits fermentation and distillation applications. Trains regional sales teams, delivers technical presentations, troubleshoots production and quality issues, supports pilot trials, coordinates projects with customers and R&D, represents the company at industry events, and develops relationships with spirits-industry experts and institutions. The role requires significant regional travel across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan-Korea, and ANZ.
