Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, costing, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial controls. Coordinate monthly and annual SAP closings, IFRS compliance, group reporting, external audits, and budget variance analysis. Provide financial recommendations for machinery investments and production transition projects while presenting insights to senior management and supporting business performance.

Supports marketing plan execution across content, email, digital, social, CRM, campaigns, events, internal communications, and reporting. Coordinates timelines, approvals, assets, suppliers, website updates, audience segmentation, collateral, event logistics, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking. The role requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, commercial awareness, and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Lead and maintain the food safety management system (ISO 22000/FSSC/HALAL). Manage HACCP studies, FSMS, risk assessments, documentation, audits, CAPA, lab testing, supplier approval, traceability, KPI reporting, and cross-functional hygiene/recall coordination. Act as primary certification and regulatory contact.
