Provide technical consultancy and project management for lifts, escalators, and moving walkways, delivering modernisation, condition assessments, maintenance audits, specifications, and contract administration. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, site inspections, and regulatory compliance while producing technical reports and recommendations. Travel across the UK to support projects and clients.

Manage day-to-day office operations for the East Coast team, providing administrative and project support, vendor and facilities coordination, onboarding, meeting and calendar management, and front-desk/customer interactions. Ensure office readiness, maintain supplies and equipment, support contract and project documentation, and improve office processes to enhance efficiency and employee/client experience.

Lead and integrate building enclosure projects from scope through closeout, serve as primary client contact, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical deliverables (drawings, specs, reports), manage project finances and schedules, and apply enclosure analysis tools and best practices to resolve risks and ensure constructability.
