Lead architectural consulting projects focused on building enclosure systems from investigation through construction. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships; produce construction documents, specifications, and technical reports; mentor staff; support business development and quality control.

Manage lift and vertical transportation projects from planning through completion, including modernisation, inspections, condition assessments, maintenance audits, and contract administration. Provide technical guidance, prepare reports and recommendations, coordinate budgets and schedules, conduct site visits, and manage client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires knowledge of UK regulations and standards, strong project management skills, technical analysis, and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
