Serves as the strategic HR partner to C-suite and senior leadership, leading executive coaching, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, talent strategy, people analytics, and performance culture initiatives. Leads and develops the HRBP team, aligns global HR programs with business needs, manages complex employee-relations escalations, and translates business goals into scalable workforce strategies across global operations.

Lead large or multiple concurrent projects from initiation through post-launch across business, technical, regulatory, and AI-related initiatives. Define scope, plans, budgets, and objectives; manage governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, steering committees, and decision logs. Report progress to senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, run retrospectives, complete project documentation, and improve the PMO framework.

Leads the fraud, risk, and AML process and quality function across markets. Owns control and QA frameworks, calibration standards, systemic issue resolution, capability development, and regulator and auditor engagement. Builds and manages QA, process, and learning teams while reporting control risks and quality trends to senior leadership.
