Provides first-line IT support to employees through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnoses hardware, software, application, networking, and user issues; documents solutions; tracks tickets; escalates incidents; communicates resolution updates; analyzes service trends; and recommends process improvements. Requires knowledge of Windows systems, mobile devices, peripherals, productivity tools, databases, and remote-support software. Participation in IT training and cross-training is expected.

Supports the Project Management Office with project coordination, status reporting, meeting organization, project management tools, and related activities. This part-time role provides hands-on exposure to coordinating projects and organizational initiatives from start to finish while developing problem-solving, organizational, and project support skills.

Supports the company’s commercial insurance program by reviewing policies, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance; maintaining compliance records and exposure data; assisting with renewals, audits, endorsements, and applications; monitoring insurance requirements; and coordinating with brokers, carriers, and internal teams on risk management activities.
