Teams at LeoLabs

Leads technical execution of mission-critical radar, software, data, and space systems programs. Serves as the liaison among customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders while managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, requirements, integration, testing, deployment, and performance. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports radar architecture and mission integration, facilitates technical reviews, engages customers, and contributes to proposals and continuous process improvement.

Designs and develops PCBAs and electrical subsystems for radar systems, including mixed-signal, power, timing, and control electronics. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB design support, hardware bring-up, laboratory testing, debugging, validation, design reviews, prototype builds, manufacturing transition, and deployment. The role also involves Python-based test automation, technical documentation, and collaboration with RF, mechanical, embedded software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and growth of LeoLabs’ Space Domain Awareness software product. Translate customer, mission, and market needs into product requirements and priorities; partner with Engineering through development and launch; define packaging, pricing, positioning, and metrics; and support Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. The role requires space or national-security industry experience, strong technical and commercial judgment, customer engagement skills, and periodic domestic and international travel.
