The Director of PMO will oversee project management practices, drive AI-enabled SDLC implementation, ensure metrics-driven processes, and enhance project delivery excellence across the organization.

Lead design and implementation of test automation frameworks, plan and execute automated tests, maintain and refactor scripts, improve AQA processes and coverage, produce stakeholder reports, and use CI/CD and cloud-native tools (Azure/AWS).

Implement and configure Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Insights in a new tenant, replicate CRM customizations, set up DEV/UAT/PROD environments, configure Azure DevOps pipelines, support data migration (including USD→EUR currency change), ensure integrations remain functional, support UAT and go-live through Q4 2026, and deliver documentation and knowledge transfer.
