Gather, analyze, validate, and document software requirements by reverse-engineering a legacy application and database. Translate existing functionality into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, diagrams, and backlog items aligned with modern designs. Manage prioritization and change requests, identify discrepancies, support non-functional requirements, and serve as the requirements liaison among clients, stakeholders, development, and QA teams.

Manage daily office operations, maintain workplace conditions and equipment, oversee supplies inventory, resolve administrative issues, improve administrative systems, coordinate with IT, and support HR onboarding, offboarding, and internal and external events.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable .NET-based web applications. Define architecture, estimate projects, implement automated tests, CI/CD and deployments, perform performance testing, integrate external systems, and mentor junior engineers.
