The role also collaborates with legal and tax teams and requires travel within Canada and the United States.

Lead UK and cross-border M&A tax transactions across infrastructure and energy transition. Responsibilities include tax due diligence, deal structuring, reviewing tax opinions and transaction documents, analyzing tax data in financial models, managing client relationships, developing business, shaping the practice, and mentoring senior staff. The role also contributes to technical thought leadership and requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
