Monitor and support production infrastructure, applications, and services in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include validating alerts, performing L1 troubleshooting across Linux, cloud, networking, and applications, analyzing logs and metrics, managing incidents and escalations, coordinating bridge calls, maintaining shift documentation, and identifying recurring issues and automation opportunities. The role supports AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and SLA-based incident management.
