Manages customer experience operations, service account coordinators, and representatives. Oversees departmental goals, budgets, staffing, processes, customer onboarding, escalated issues, and service delivery. Partners with Sales and account representatives to support customer needs and implement new business. Requires strong leadership, financial management, relationship-building, and knowledge of HVAC service operations and CRM systems.

Leads complex mechanical and electromechanical product development initiatives from concept through implementation. Designs, analyzes, tests, and validates systems while improving performance, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, evaluates suppliers and technologies, supports root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates complex mechanical and electromechanical components, subsystems, and systems. Prepares engineering specifications, analyses, recommendations, and precision technical drawings. Leads technical design and development projects, coordinates drafters, technicians, and machine shop personnel, and conducts independent technical investigations. May provide work leadership to junior employees.
