Processes mortgage funding and invoices, facilitates document execution, supports loan onboarding and servicing activities, and ensures regulatory and internal control compliance. The role also contributes to process improvement, product onboarding, and operational excellence in a high-volume environment.

Provides retirement account support to financial advisors and branch employees, responding to inquiries about IRA and retirement products, contributions, distributions, and retirement tax. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, relationship management, and the ability to learn and apply complex procedures. New hires must work in the office daily for the first 90 days.

Maintains cost basis records and provides Gain/Loss reporting for wealth management accounts. Resolves branch inquiries involving account maintenance, 1099-B reporting, regulatory guidance, reconciliation discrepancies, and cost basis questions. Performs manual adjustments while managing multiple projects, meeting operational deadlines, applying sound judgment, and maintaining accuracy. Requires financial industry experience, accounting knowledge, familiarity with process controls and data modeling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
