Supports investment management finance through recurring financial reporting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, variance analysis, control documentation, audit requests, and tracker maintenance. Coordinates with process owners, reviewers, and leadership to meet reporting and project deadlines, resolve issues, and support process transformation initiatives. Requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

Manage global credit operations for corporate loan agreements, including reviewing deals, performing controls, entering agreement data into banking systems, closing and servicing loans, and producing analytics and reports. The role requires Loan IQ expertise, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, independent prioritization, and collaboration with Operations and IT teams on process improvements and automation.

Supports Wealth Management Operations risk and control activities, including governance, policy adherence, audit coordination, issue remediation, control oversight, and management reporting. Analyzes operational risk data, identifies root causes, tracks remediation efforts, and collaborates with stakeholders across business and support functions to improve the risk landscape.
