Provide HR support across recruitment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, training, AA/EEO, policy development, and reporting. Act as an internal consultant to manufacturing, communicate across levels, and deliver results with strong interpersonal, written communication, service orientation, urgency, and ability to manage long-term plans amid short-term priorities.

Lead credit underwriting and risk analysis for mortgage originators, servicers, and specialty finance firms. Serve as subject-matter expert on agency and commercial MBS products, produce white papers and onboarding guides, prepare credit proposals, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in credit committees and due diligence to inform credit decisions.

Support quarterly revenue, expense, and balance sheet reporting for the IM segment; assist FP&A with external disclosures (10-K/Q/14Q); produce sensitivity analyses and scenario framing; compile weekly IM results summaries (net flows, AUM, P&L); analyze expense drivers; and help improve forecasting, reporting, and control processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
