Support demand generation and growth marketing operations by building HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, forms, emails, webinars, and social posts. Create and localize marketing assets, maintain nurturing programs, optimize paid advertising, coordinate event and partner marketing activities, manage lead uploads and follow-up workflows, and assist with reporting. The role also identifies opportunities for AI and process automation while maintaining campaign calendars, checklists, data quality, and operational documentation.

Manage 30–60 international B2B accounts, serving as the primary customer contact. Build account strategies, strengthen stakeholder relationships, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Monitor customer, product, and performance data to address churn risks and forecast revenue. Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and improve retention and net revenue retention.

Design, build, and maintain production SaaS products that transform public web data into market intelligence. Develop AI- and LLM-based capabilities, modernize legacy systems toward scalable event-driven architectures, and work with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and domain-oriented design. Own projects from discovery through continuous improvement, collaborate across technical and customer-facing teams, improve engineering practices, and mentor less experienced engineers.
