Lead data engineering initiatives across large-scale e-commerce datasets. Own data models, transformation architecture, analytics projects, client data products, internal dashboards, documentation, and technical roadmap delivery. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, mentor teammates, and translate business needs into scalable data solutions using SQL, BigQuery, Google Cloud, ETL/ELT tools, and visualization platforms.

Own Lengow’s internal IT environment across Nantes, Paris, and Barcelona. Manage user support, Windows/macOS/Linux endpoints, Google Workspace, Active Directory, identity access, networks, cloud infrastructure, security, assets, SaaS applications, vendors, and IT projects. Lead improvements to onboarding, offboarding, automation, documentation, compliance, and corporate IT strategy while guiding an apprentice and coordinating external providers.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python services using clean architecture. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), write tests, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure software reliability and observability.
