Supports and manages multiple consumer-finance branches, overseeing operations, lending, collections, profitability, customer service, sales, and staff performance. Makes or recommends loan decisions, processes and closes consumer loans, develops community relationships, supports hiring and training, and ensures branch goals and service standards are met. The role requires travel, independent judgment, strong communication, and proficiency with lending software and Microsoft Office applications.

Supports and oversees multiple consumer-finance branches, including lending decisions, loan processing and closings, collections, sales, business development, customer satisfaction, staffing, training, and performance management. The role helps branches achieve profitability, lending, credit quality, collection, volume, and expense goals while maintaining high service standards. Travel between assigned locations may be required.

Provides customer and operational support for bankruptcy and litigation accounts. Responsibilities include managing a toll-free support line, reviewing bankruptcy files and attorney status reports, maintaining customer account records, identifying legal accounts, processing remittances, and responding to internal and external inquiries. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
