Support and oversee operations of multiple branches, make loan decisions within limits, process and close consumer loans, manage collections, assist branch managers with hiring, training, business development, and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel as required.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise Azure and hybrid infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and Windows Server environments. Leads cloud modernization, governance, and security initiatives; mentors engineering staff; develops standards, documentation, and DR/BC plans; and serves as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure and identity issues.

Support and oversee multiple consumer finance branches: make loan decisions, process and close loans, manage collections, assist with hiring/training, drive business development and ensure high customer service and operational compliance.
