Manages accounting operations, including GAAP-compliant revenue, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, month-end close, technical accounting analysis, and SEC reporting support. Supervises two senior accountants, coordinates audits, oversees accounting system reconciliations, troubleshoots transaction discrepancies, and implements processes and SOX controls. Partners with technology and business teams, manages accounting projects, and supports invoicing, cash receipts, and payment application activities.

Lead and develop a team of software and testing engineers building a lead-matching system integrated with Salesforce and in-house apps. Drive technical direction, architecture, cloud modernization, delivery of distributed production systems, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development while ensuring reliability, performance, and engineering best practices.

Lead and develop a team of agile project managers/delivery leads, own engineering delivery planning and governance, drive prioritization and predictability, surface risks and team-health actions, improve cross-functional processes, manage contractor/vendor relationships, support budgeting and software capitalization, and run organization-wide engagement and knowledge-sharing to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery.
