The Account Executive will sell LendingTree's acquisition products, prospect new partnerships, manage sales pipeline tasks, and present to leadership in the financial sector.

Build, automate, and operate LendingTree's cloud-based data platform (Snowflake focus). Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, support ETL/ELT and streaming (Kafka), participate in on-call rotation, perform RCA, and implement security, IAM, and observability best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Lead the modernization of an internal forms/platform product into an AI-powered, adaptive, and scalable experience. Define strategy and roadmap, integrate agentic AI and core systems (CRM, analytics, data pipelines), improve UX and conversion, set KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders while mentoring junior PMs.
