Leads the development, deployment, monitoring, and governance of machine learning and statistical models supporting credit, fraud, collections, pricing, and marketing. Sets the modeling roadmap, manages and mentors data science teams, partners with risk, engineering, compliance, and marketing stakeholders, and ensures regulatory compliance and model interpretability. The role also advances ML infrastructure, experimentation, AI adoption, and cross-functional delivery.

Leads BSA/AML data, technology, analytics, and transaction monitoring strategy across KYC, sanctions, watchlist screening, and compliance programs. Oversees technology implementations, transaction monitoring rule development, model governance, data requirements, regulatory support, AI and automation adoption, vendor coordination, and issue remediation. Builds and manages a high-performing team while partnering across Compliance, Technology, Risk, and business functions.

Own the architecture and development of Databricks-based data platform frameworks and infrastructure. Build configuration-driven ingestion, reusable data protection libraries, infrastructure-as-code foundations, deployment standards, observability, and reliability capabilities at billion-row scale. Lead proofs of concept, architectural decisions, cross-functional delivery, technical reviews, mentoring, and engineering standards while partnering with data, governance, security, and source-system teams.
