Lead, coach, and grow a team of mobile mortgage brokers across Greater Melbourne. Responsibilities include managing performance, developing broker capability, driving sales outcomes, recruiting and onboarding team members, building team culture, adopting AI-enabled tools and processes, coordinating operating rhythms, and partnering with internal teams and lender organizations. The role also supports occasional industry, community, and customer events.

Support Product teams with analysis, documentation, discovery, delivery coordination and stakeholder follow-up. Gather and synthesise customer and business inputs, take interview notes, identify themes, draft Epics/User Stories and acceptance criteria, maintain backlog hygiene, assist launches and UAT, surface risks/compliance issues, use data to inform decisions, and help operate policy AI products while collaborating across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Risk and Operations.

Support the Risk, Compliance & Legal team by maintaining risk records, conducting assurance and post-settlement compliance reviews, performing control testing, supporting audits and lender reviews, tracking remediation actions, and driving process improvements and stakeholder reporting to strengthen governance and compliance.
