Manage debt collection and delinquent accounts, develop and implement payment plans, contact customers and visit businesses, compile collection reports, promote and sell Lendha products to clients, support loan evaluations and account monitoring, and collaborate with internal teams to balance customer and company needs.

Source and acquire new customers for deposit products, manage client relationships to grow long-term deposits, research market segments and competitors, educate clients on offerings, ensure compliance and reporting, and cross-sell additional products.

Provide field operational support for loan verification and debt recovery: locate clients, advise on repayment, manage a portfolio, perform collections, prepare reports, negotiate workout options, and liaise with legal counsel.
