Teams at Lendha

Manage debt collection and past-due accounts, develop and enact payment plans, contact clients by phone/email/visits, compile collection reports, present and sell Lendha products to acquire customers, support loan appraisals and portfolio monitoring, and coordinate with internal teams to balance customer and company needs.

Perform field verification and debt recovery for microloan clients: locate and contact borrowers, negotiate repayment or restructuring, monitor portfolios, prepare reports, liaise with legal counsel, and support collections strategies and loan documentation resolution.
