Prepare, review, and manage SBA 7(a) loan closing documentation and packages for compliance with SBA SOP and lender requirements. Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, underwriters, and third parties to resolve documentation gaps, manage closing timelines, perform regulatory checks (CAIVRS, SAM.gov), maintain loan files, support post-closing disbursements, and identify process improvements while mentoring junior staff.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including transaction recording, invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, month-end/year-end close support, audit and tax preparation assistance, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting. Ensure accuracy, compliance with GAAP and internal policies, and present findings to management while supporting special projects and administrative needs.
