Own endpoint, asset, and lifecycle management for the Boston office. Administer Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, JumpCloud, and Apple Business Manager across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Provide troubleshooting, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, ticket management, documentation, and user support. Identify recurring issues, automate processes, maintain compliance and asset records, and collaborate on IT projects and process improvements.

Own day-to-day IT support for the New York office as its sole on-site technical resource. Administer Google Workspace, user access, endpoints, Jamf, device lifecycle processes, office networking, AV, Zoom Rooms, and ticket resolution. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot recurring issues, coordinate escalations with global IT and vendors, and support onboarding, offboarding, office moves, and infrastructure improvements.

Develop and scale backend systems and internal operations tools, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend work. Build Python services, RESTful APIs, and event-driven workflows; contribute to React, Next.js, and TypeScript interfaces; integrate external APIs; and participate in system design, testing, deployment, and product releases. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems serving thousands of customers.
