Manages dealership accounts across a defined territory through daily on-site visits. Responsibilities include prospecting new partners, supporting dealer relationships, analyzing market and competitive trends, promoting the brand, negotiating, and driving business growth. Requires at least two years of sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in automotive finance, plus a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Build and scale Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka-based event-driven workflows. Modernize legacy architecture through AWS containerization, domain-service decomposition, and canary releases. Improve CI/CD, developer experience, monitoring, autoscaling, scheduled jobs, and data pipelines. Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve delivery and system reliability.

Manages and grows relationships with automotive dealerships across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting new partners, providing on-site dealer support, analyzing market and competitive trends, promoting the brand, negotiating, and driving business results. The role requires daily field visits, a six-day work week, strong communication skills, auto finance or dealership account management experience, a valid driver's license, and residence near the territory.
