Lead a 10+ person vehicle title team to achieve operational excellence by developing KPIs, monitoring daily performance, coaching staff, ensuring DMV compliance, managing distributed (in-office, remote, offshore) workflows, analyzing Salesforce and Google Sheets data, and coordinating cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes.

Manage and grow dealership partnerships through prospecting, consultative support, deal restructuring, and cross-functional collaboration. Improve retention and brand visibility while supporting funding, titles, and remarketing operations to align client needs with company capabilities.
