Analyze the loan application lifecycle to identify user behavior trends, conversion opportunities, product issues, and automation potential. Build dashboards, reports, anomaly detection, and experiment analyses using SQL and BI tools. Partner with product, engineering, operations, and ML/AI teams to define data requirements, evaluate launches, improve verification flows, and measure internal performance across underwriting, sales, and funding.
