Investigate AML and sanctions alerts, maintain case records, prepare reports, support audits and regulatory requests, conduct risk assessments, and escalate unusual activity. Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, bank partners, and regulators while identifying automation opportunities and supporting front-line queues during periods of high volume.

Build and integrate APIs, optimize lending platforms, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality PHP software. The role involves backend product engineering across collaborative, cross-functional teams, using Symfony or Laravel, automated testing, microservices, and event-driven design. Engineers are expected to demonstrate ownership, autonomy, strong business judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Analyze pricing, loan funnel, and credit optimization opportunities within Lendable’s UK Loans team. Responsibilities include researching pricing strategy improvements, developing analytical models, collaborating with credit and product teams, working with large datasets, communicating findings to stakeholders, and gradually taking ownership of models. The role requires Python, SQL, statistical and machine learning knowledge, strong numerical ability, and effective teamwork.
