Coordinates Skill Education initiatives with SCERT officials, government stakeholders, schools, teachers, internal teams, and partners. Responsibilities include program planning, implementation monitoring, data analysis, documentation, stakeholder meetings, field visits, milestone tracking, roadmap development, and resolving implementation challenges across Bihar.

Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions for technology projects supporting the Gujarat Education Department. Build backend services and APIs, frontend applications, and SaaS solutions using Python or Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks. Collaborate with project managers, state leads, cross-functional teams, and end users to define requirements, improve processes, meet milestones, and follow software development and engineering best practices.

Drive the Catalyst program’s strategic outcomes across 20+ Indian states. Responsibilities include developing knowledge products, SOPs, concept notes, presentations, and best-practice documentation; supporting State PMU teams; monitoring implementation through central trackers; advising government officials; facilitating meetings; and conducting state visits. The role requires government-project experience, strong writing and visual storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication with senior bureaucrats.
