Plan, coordinate, and run resident programs, events, and excursions for seniors; manage scheduling, sign-ups, billing, supplies, budgets, promotions, and safety; liaise with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure inclusive, resident-centered activities.

Provide specialized wound care as the LPN Charge Nurse: assess and treat wounds, develop individualized care plans, perform debridement, document progress in EMR, manage wound care supplies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient outcomes.
