Provides security, concierge, emergency response, access monitoring, patrol, and customer service support at a residential facility. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, monitoring surveillance systems, inspecting buildings and access points, responding to emergencies, operating a multi-line phone console, assisting visitors and residents, performing light maintenance, and working all shifts in varied weather conditions.

Provides strategic and operational HR partnership for approximately 300 employees, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, talent initiatives, compensation processes, HR administration, and organizational change. Maintains HRIS records, documentation, audits, and employment transactions while supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and process improvement.

Provides specialized wound care for patients on the second floor, including wound assessment, treatment planning, cleaning, dressing, debridement, progress documentation, and supply management. Collaborates with healthcare teams, maintains electronic medical records, adapts care plans to patient needs, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Leads a skilled nursing facility’s nursing operations, supervising licensed and non-licensed staff and ensuring continuous, high-quality resident care. Oversees staffing, resident rounds, care plans, documentation, audits, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff development, recruitment, performance reviews, policies, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives. Coordinates interdisciplinary care and supports emergency services across the campus as needed.

Provide specialized wound care as the LPN Charge Nurse: assess and treat wounds, develop individualized care plans, perform debridement, document progress in EMR, manage wound care supplies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient outcomes.
