Manage and grow a Top 50 portfolio of B2B clients across France and Europe. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, act as primary client contact, coordinate internally (product, support, compliance), monitor KPIs and reports, and update forecasts in Salesforce to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
