Provide workplace IT support and operations: manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, access management, core workplace systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), troubleshoot employee issues, improve processes and documentation, and collaborate with Compliance and Technology teams to maintain secure, compliant workplace systems.

Lead scaling and development of lemon.markets' risk management framework. Own risk identification, assessments, control testing, remediation tracking, and risk register maintenance. Contribute to operational, non-financial, and financial risk topics (including ICAAP/ILAAP), draft requirements for tooling and automation, improve reporting and transparency, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, auditors, and regulators to ensure audit-readiness and effective controls.

Lead day-to-day anti-financial-crime (AFC) operations including transaction monitoring, customer screening, investigations, Source of Wealth reviews and regulatory information requests. Improve controls, automation and workflows, prepare escalations and SAR documentation, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Second Line of Defence, and maintain audit-ready documentation to scale compliant operations.
