Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable backend services for a brokerage API platform. Own systems across the securities lifecycle, including market data, orders, trades, portfolios, settlements, taxes, corporate actions, reporting, and market abuse screening. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners, influence architecture, write tested code, review contributions, and mentor engineers while delivering secure customer and institutional order workflows.

Lead and scale the People & Talent function as a strategic partner to the CEO. Strengthen HR foundations (TA, comp, performance, careers, policies), build leadership frameworks and rituals, moderate executive leadership forums, run company-wide cadences and offsites, and improve collaboration and culture between lemon.markets and dwpbank.

The Legal Counsel will draft contracts, review agreements, monitor regulatory developments, support the General Counsel, collaborate cross-functionally, and advise senior leadership in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
