Provides administrative and operational support to the Legal department by managing high-volume contract intake, e-signature workflows, forms, records, templates, and legal trackers. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, supports corporate entity maintenance, prepares correspondence and execution documents, processes mail and payments, and maintains accurate, confidential records. The role also documents legal processes and follows up on outstanding tasks across multiple workstreams.

Leads Lemnis’s portfolio-wide learning research agenda, identifying evidence gaps and designing rigorous studies across K-12 through workforce learning. Develops measurement models, applies behavioral science, translates findings into product recommendations, and supports sales, marketing, and customer success with credible evidence. Contributes to ethical AI standards, publications, and thought leadership while mentoring research staff and aligning cross-company research priorities.
