Lead a team of five to six AML analysts overseeing transaction-monitoring alerts, high-risk investigations, quality reviews, escalations, and regulatory documentation. Manage performance against SLAs, quality, and false-positive metrics while coaching analysts and improving workflows, tooling, and procedures. Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to address control weaknesses and complex cases. Own the Irish entity’s month-end close, management accounts, statutory reporting, tax filings, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory submissions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit coordination, and process automation using NetSuite, Excel, and AI tools. Serve as deputy to the Head of Finance, provide commercial insight to senior leadership and the board, and build finance processes in a fast-growing regulated fintech environment.

Own LemFi’s Nigeria commercial business across UK, US, and EU corridors. Lead growth strategy, revenue, pricing, partnerships, product positioning, customer acquisition, and cross-functional execution. Build and manage distributed growth, partnerships, and operations teams while overseeing budgets, P&L performance, and market expansion. Drive LemFi’s evolution from remittances to a multi-product financial platform through customer insight, strategic analysis, and AI-assisted market reviews.
