Ensures reliable operation of broadcast and technical production systems, including audio, video, transmission, streaming, cameras, routers, and control systems. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, SOP development, regulatory compliance, system upgrades, capital projects, and technical infrastructure planning. Supports live productions, special events, and emergency response while maintaining system uptime and operational integrity.

Hands-on production internship supporting television, video, and radio programming. Responsibilities include assisting with field and studio shoots, video logging and transcription, interview setup, teleprompter operation, editing, research, documentaries, live broadcasts, events, and clerical tasks. Interns work under production professionals and gain experience with weekly programs and special projects.

Leads daily editorial operations, including assignments, deadlines, content calendars, pitch approvals, editing, platform distribution, and newsletter production. Directly manages multimedia journalists, provides coaching and feedback, maintains editorial standards, and coordinates cross-team content workflows. The role also tracks coverage, newsletter performance, and tentpole programs while ensuring timely, accurate publication across digital, newsletter, audio, social, and live formats.

Lead community engagement efforts by recruiting and managing volunteer correspondents, editing community-created content, maintaining the community database, overseeing education programs, coordinating outreach and events, building relationships with underrepresented groups, and connecting community voices to editorial planning.
