Oversees all operational, business, and clinical activities for assigned orthopedic sites. Manages budgets, staffing, workflows, policies, technology adoption, and capital requests to drive productivity, patient experience, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and clinical information; schedule appointments; scan and secure documentation; determine and collect patient financial liability; resolve scheduling conflicts; educate patients on financial responsibilities; maintain registration accuracy and compliance while providing a welcoming patient experience in person and by phone.

Coordinate inpatient/observation bed assignments from ED, PACU, and direct admits across all sites; create EPIC accounts for admissions and transfers; manage transfer center and decedent affairs calls; release decedents to funeral directors; monitor and prioritize patient flow to prevent ED/PACU bottlenecks; collaborate with Capacity Command Center and use Microsoft Office and telephone communication to resolve issues.
