Creates simulations, videos, assessments, job aids, and role-based learning paths. Partners with revenue cycle experts, operations, and Epic teams; evaluates training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics; maintains learning platforms; supports technology adoption; and manages multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Sources and recruits physicians and advanced practice clinicians through digital channels, university partnerships, referrals, events, and diversity-focused outreach. Screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages sourcing content and email campaigns, supports employer branding, and maintains relationships with schools and affinity groups. Assists with onboarding, reporting, ATS administration, and recruiting projects.

Provides legal counsel and strategic support for commercial contracting and supply chain initiatives. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements involving equipment, supplies, technology, and services; advises business and supply chain leaders; identifies and escalates legal risks; supports dispute resolution and complex initiatives; and manages multiple contracting matters in a healthcare enterprise.
