Gather demographics, scan documents, obtain signatures, estimate and collect patient financial responsibility, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain registration accuracy while delivering a welcoming patient experience.

Manage and direct registration specialists and support staff, oversee daily registration operations and compliance, monitor KPIs and workflows, handle hiring/performance/payroll, produce reports, manage budget variances, mitigate operational risks, collaborate with clinical staff, and resolve patient and colleague concerns to ensure service excellence and accuracy.
