Transports patients to and from hospital departments, including radiology and discharge areas. Assists nurses and technologists with patient transfers between beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs; provides guest directions; helps patients change clothes; cleans and stores transport equipment; manages linens; and replaces oxygen tanks. Requires safe judgment, interpersonal skills, physical ability, and Basic Life Support certification.

Coordinates revenue cycle education programs, including scheduling, communications, LMS administration, student tracking, security access, reporting, webpage updates, and event procedures. Serves as a liaison across departments, analyzes educational program data, manages records and mailing lists, and supports technology used for education planning and event management.

Leads daily operations, support, security, and optimization of ERP and corporate applications. Manages application maintenance, issue resolution, team performance, lifecycle planning, upgrades, integrations, change control, compliance, documentation, vendor relationships, and stakeholder collaboration. Identifies system gaps and improves usability, performance, support processes, and operational efficiency across the healthcare organization.
