Coordinates patient scheduling for appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests across hospitals and outpatient departments. Collects clinical and insurance information, verifies demographics, schedules via EMR/scheduling software, educates patients and referring offices on protocols, and serves as a resource for staff while minimizing errors and rework.

Manages clinical operations for rehabilitation services (PT/OT/SLP), including patient assessment and treatment oversight, staffing, budgeting, policy development, quality improvement, and staff mentorship to ensure evidence-based care and efficient service delivery.

Support investigators in research design and analysis: clean and manage data, program analyses in SAS/SPSS/R, produce reports/manuscripts, assist REDCap management, and provide research design and analysis training across the network.
