Manage export order processing from purchase order receipt through dispatch, including ERP order booking, data validation, production coordination, delivery tracking, reporting, and master delivery date updates. Serve as the primary contact for subsidiaries, plants, warehouses, and suppliers, resolving issues, managing escalations, and ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Leads North American logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, import/export compliance, trade governance, carrier management, and supply chain optimization. Develops scalable logistics strategies, reduces costs, improves service performance, manages risk, and supports network design and business growth initiatives. Leads and develops logistics teams, manages KPIs and budgets, partners cross-functionally, and ensures compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Mexican trade regulations.

Administers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems; plans and conducts audits; coordinates corrective and preventive actions; manages management reviews; analyzes quality and EHS data; develops reports, dashboards, and metrics; supports root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, supplier performance, compliance, and technical investigations.
