Leads operational finance for a manufacturing division, providing financial analysis, accounting-close support, internal control oversight, cost-reduction guidance, capital expenditure monitoring, and manufacturing performance insights. Partners with operations to improve productivity, cash flow, and profitability; manages process improvements and develops finance staff. Requires extensive operational finance, accounting management, manufacturing, US GAAP, people leadership, and financial control experience.

Designs, develops, tests, and improves mechanical products for electrical infrastructure applications. Creates CAD models, assemblies, drawings, prototypes, bills of materials, and production documentation. Collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, tooling, quality, and patent attorneys on product specifications, intellectual property, manufacturability, and testing. Manages multiple projects, resolves product complaints, supports new product introductions, and provides technical guidance to engineers and designers.

Supports end-to-end commercial and supply chain activities, including demand planning, vendor coordination, contract administration, and performance reporting. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of electrical and digital solutions while maintaining cost efficiency and service standards.
