Leads global key account strategy and revenue growth for hyperscale and strategic data center customers. Builds executive relationships, expands account penetration, influences customer design standards, manages complex proposals and negotiations, and coordinates global cross-functional teams. Oversees forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, customer escalations, and execution of overhead power distribution solutions. Requires strong data center industry expertise, technical knowledge of busway and busbar systems, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Sells connectivity products through inbound and outbound calls, provides customer care and pre-sales technical support, manages assigned accounts, develops prospects, qualifies opportunities, upsells and cross-sells products, enters orders, prepares quotes and reports, maintains CRM records, supports field sales teams, resolves customer issues, and achieves sales quotas.

Lead switchgear product development from concept to prototype, using CAD to design and optimize electrical/mechanical systems. Manage engineering team, ensure compliance with industry standards, collaborate cross-functionally, support sales/marketing, and drive innovation and continuous product improvement.
