Lead GeM-based business development: monitor tenders, prepare technical and commercial bids, maintain product catalogue, manage orders and execution, generate MIS reports, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and grow government customer relationships in the electrical sector.

Support and improve internal quality systems for manufacturing: manage MRB, develop control plans and PFMEAs, execute audits and CAPA, support ISO 9001:2015 conformance, drive corrective/preventive actions, supplier issue resolution, and quality reporting.

Lead and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes, products, and suppliers. Conduct audits, root-cause investigations, CAPA management, supplier quality improvement, inspection/test design, and continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen). Support QA management, train staff, manage WIP/finished goods quality, and prepare QA reports while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and suppliers.
