Hands-on technical leader who defines and owns long-term architecture for an AI-native, multi-tenant workforce management platform. Drives decisions across AI/ML, optimization, distributed systems, data platforms, security, reliability, and scalability; writes designs and prototypes; mentors senior engineers; ensures enterprise readiness, compliance, and operational excellence.

The Project Manager will oversee customer implementations of the Legion platform, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while managing customer expectations and satisfaction.

The Chief Architect will lead the technical direction for Legion's Workforce Management platform, focusing on architecture decisions, AI systems, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical leadership, and ensuring systems meet enterprise standards for performance and security.
