Oversee an engineering team, serve as Scrum Master, deliver integrations (APIs, ETL, integration platforms), ensure testing and documentation, manage customer relationships, provide training and escalate resolution, and improve processes for successful cross-region deployment and customer satisfaction.

Implement and configure Legion's workforce management platform for retail/hospitality customers. Lead discovery, build solution blueprints with senior staff, configure and test systems, deliver training, support rollouts, manage customer expectations, and advocate for product improvements to drive adoption and business results.

Hands-on technical leader who defines and owns long-term architecture for an AI-native, multi-tenant workforce management platform. Drives decisions across AI/ML, optimization, distributed systems, data platforms, security, reliability, and scalability; writes designs and prototypes; mentors senior engineers; ensures enterprise readiness, compliance, and operational excellence.
