Coordonne des projets de recherche marketing téléphoniques et web de leur lancement à leur transmission aux équipes statistiques. Planifie les étapes, définit les plans d’échantillonnage avec le service statistique, collabore avec la traduction, la programmation et le terrain, suit les prétests et la progression des mandats, et signale les problèmes de qualité. Le rôle exige une forte capacité de gestion de projet, de coordination, de résolution de problèmes et de service client, ainsi qu’un bilinguisme français-anglais.

Supervise online market research projects, including sample management, email invitations, quotas, timelines, response monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Track project performance, identify issues, propose solutions, protect email server reputation, and provide responsive service to panelists and internal teams. The role also supports training new supervisors and requires strong organization, technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and fluency in French and English.

Supports business development by identifying and contacting prospective organizations, nurturing client and prospect relationships, promoting relevant content and services, coordinating with Sales and Marketing on lead-generation initiatives, supporting sales materials, maintaining accurate CRM records, and monitoring market trends. The role requires strong communication, organization, entrepreneurial initiative, strategic customer understanding, and professional bilingual communication in French and English.
