Coordinates with Sales and Marketing on lead generation, webinars, conferences, and events; prepares sales materials; maintains accurate CRM records; monitors market trends; and develops opportunities by understanding client needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, networking, entrepreneurial initiative, and French-English bilingual proficiency.

Manage sample-only web market research projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include client relationship management, sampling plans, fieldwork coordination, questionnaire testing, quality assurance, budget and billing oversight, timeline management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires handling multiple projects, solving problems proactively, coordinating teams without direct authority, and using technical, digital, automation, and AI tools.
