Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facilities upkeep throughout a casino property, including HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, furnishings, roofs, and interior surfaces. Handles work orders, equipment movement, snow removal, vendor pickups, and safety reporting. Requires kitchen equipment experience, broad maintenance or trade skills, OSHA 10, aerial lift and forklift cards, and availability for flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Provides casino guest, employee, and asset protection; enforces gaming regulations and company policies; conducts identification checks, investigations, inspections, interviews, and arrests; writes incident reports; dispatches emergency services; responds to medical or safety incidents; manages lost and found; and works varied shifts in physically demanding and challenging conditions.

Performs daily casino machine drops, removes and replaces bill validators, transports validation boxes, counts cash-related materials, maintains count sheets, and enters count data into computer systems. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, independent work, policy compliance, professional communication, and cooperation with management, guests, team members, and vendors.

Supervise Slot, Players Club, Table Games, and Bingo operations; train team members; create department schedules; resolve employee conflicts; support marketing programs; and manage disciplinary actions and performance evaluations. The role requires maintaining operational coverage, informing management of team activities, handling cash, working all shifts and weekends, and obtaining and maintaining a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.

Deals assigned table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, Pai Gow, and Three Card Poker, while providing excellent customer service. Tracks play, observes games, handles chips, cards, and money accurately, balances chip banks, calculates payouts, responds to guests, and maintains gaming procedures. Requires flexibility for varied shifts, weekends, holidays, smoke, noise, and bright lights.
