Lead product strategy and roadmap to grow traffic and affiliate revenue. Manage end-to-end lifecycle, optimize UX and CRO, use data-driven insights, collaborate with engineering, design, and experimentation teams, and present performance and strategy to senior leadership.

Lead discovery and optimisation for a flagship casino affiliate product using customer research, data analysis, A/B testing and experimentation to drive engagement, conversion and commercial outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data and stakeholders to shape roadmap, validate ideas and deliver product initiatives from discovery through launch while promoting AI-enabled practices.

Provide administrative and operational support to the global Legal Team: manage contract reviews using templates, assist with NDAs and contractor agreements, handle corporate filings and KYC, maintain legal repositories and budgets, improve legal processes and technology, and support legal project coordination and governance tasks under senior counsel supervision.
