Lead site Materials Planning and MRP for CAR-T commercial manufacturing. Own supply plans, inventory strategy, SAP S/4HANA planning, team leadership, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated environment.

Lead U.S. and EU contracting, negotiate complex business development and licensing transactions, manage Janssen collaboration issues, oversee U.S./EU subsidiary governance, and supervise and develop a small contracting team while supporting corporate governance and cross-functional legal matters.

Lead global preclinical development from candidate nomination through IND-enabling studies. Oversee in vitro/in vivo pharmacology and toxicology, integrate PK/PD/safety data for clinical dose and regulatory strategy, manage CROs, and build a high-performing preclinical team while ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
