Partners with infrastructure, cloud, applications, compliance, and cybersecurity teams while presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Provides front-desk reception, visitor registration, badge administration, phone handling, mail distribution, office supply and snack inventory support, and catering coordination. Maintains a professional reception area, follows site security procedures, monitors cameras and alarms, supports employees and guests, and assists with general administrative and office operations at the Somerset and Bridgewater locations.

Supports sourcing and procurement activities across U.S. business units, including supplier selection, market analysis, purchasing operations, supplier onboarding, SAP S/4HANA record maintenance, contract workflow, compliance monitoring, spend analysis, and issue resolution. Collaborates with Finance, Accounts Payable, suppliers, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, maintain audit readiness, manage costs, and ensure supply.
