The Sr. Manager, QC Microbiology leads quality control microbiology labs, oversees testing operations, manages staff, maintains compliance, and ensures effective troubleshooting and training.

Provide on-site lab IT and site support for R&D instruments and lab computing in Philadelphia. On-board, configure, qualify and support instrument systems per GxP and CSV/SDLC processes; troubleshoot scientific software and connectivity; administer LIMS/ELN; coordinate vendors, engineering, facilities and quality; document incidents in ITSM and contribute SOPs and knowledge base updates.

Provide application support and systems management for corporate functions (HR, Legal, Compliance). Administer enterprise apps (DocuSign, Workday, GreenHouse, ComplianceWire), implement and test Workday integrations, manage incidents and requests in ITSM, perform access reviews, develop SOPs and knowledge articles, and collaborate with users, vendors, and IT teams on implementations and upgrades.
