Evaluates commercial and personal loan applications by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, credit reports, and industry data. Prepares credit memorandums, loan committee packages, recommendations, and portfolio reports. Monitors covenants, risk ratings, exceptions, and emerging credit concerns while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Collaborates with lenders and management, presents analyses, conducts site and collateral inspections, and supports complex commercial credit relationships.

Reviews new and maintained deposit accounts, documentation, system coding, reports, holds, and debit card records for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to bank policies. Tracks and resolves exceptions, develops monitoring queries, maintains regulatory records, communicates risk and training issues, and supports confidentiality and professional service standards.

Provide first-level help desk support for employees: respond to requests, troubleshoot workstations, printers, Microsoft 365, network and application access, set up devices, document tickets, assist onboarding/offboarding, perform basic account administration, and escalate complex issues.
