Provide first-level help desk support for employees: respond to requests, troubleshoot workstations, printers, Microsoft 365, network and application access, set up devices, document tickets, assist onboarding/offboarding, perform basic account administration, and escalate complex issues.

Manage and lead the Deposit Services team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient deposit operations, including ACH/wire processing, exception handling, government processing, tax/IRS reporting, vendor management, controls, audits, and continuous process improvements.
