Manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing relationships for enterprise governance-platform clients. Advise customers on corporate law and governance workflows, interpret corporate documents, configure governance data, deliver training, resolve issues, identify expansion opportunities, track success metrics, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to improve client outcomes and internal processes.

Drive enterprise sales for Fides, LegalOn’s corporate governance solution. Responsibilities include prospecting, outreach, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, contract execution, pipeline forecasting, and relationship building with General Counsels, CFOs, Corporate Secretaries, and legal operations leaders. The role focuses on enterprise, private equity, asset management, hedge fund, and financial institution prospects, while collaborating with business development, customer success, and leadership teams. This is a remote position with occasional client visits and international collaboration.

Own customer success across APAC, from onboarding and training through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Advise legal and procurement teams on optimizing workflows, resolve issues with technical and product teams, monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and relay customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. Build regional enablement content, case studies, and credibility within the legal community.
