Build and maintain Clay-based GTM automation, enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, CRM and outbound-tool integrations, and reporting systems. Automate workflows using APIs, webhooks, Python, or JavaScript; improve data quality, deliverability, and campaign performance; and partner with sales and marketing to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Lead companywide recruiting and help build the organization’s people infrastructure. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, developing compensation and retention programs, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing performance evaluations, creating onboarding and training processes, and advising leadership on employment-law compliance. The role supports a distributed team and works closely with executive and legal teams.

Lead Legalist's end-to-end marketing function: set strategy, own brand and communications, manage content and website, produce BD materials (pitch decks, newsletters, one-pagers), drive PR and thought leadership, measure KPIs, and partner with leadership, designers, and external vendors to grow the firm's market presence.
