Lead companywide recruiting and help build the organization’s people infrastructure. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, developing compensation and retention programs, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing performance evaluations, creating onboarding and training processes, and advising leadership on employment-law compliance. The role supports a distributed team and works closely with executive and legal teams.

The Head of Acquisitions will lead sourcing and executing transactions for a new investment strategy focused on founder-led professional services businesses, managing the process from outreach to closing.

Build AI products and workflows using LLMs and foundation model APIs. Design AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector search, integrate data and third-party APIs, build backend services, prototype-to-production development, and evaluate model performance for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
