Manage end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects or small portfolios across Group Functions. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder and supplier coordination, budget and resource management, risk oversight, governance, dependency management, and continuous improvement. The role requires effective communication with senior leaders, strong project delivery discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Develop and lead Germany’s digital wealth marketing strategy for ETF capabilities. Build partnerships with online brokers, neo-brokers, robo-advisers, and digital wealth platforms; create localized campaigns and educational content; coordinate cross-functional marketing, communications, digital, and events activity; optimize investment using customer and campaign insights; measure KPIs; and ensure regulatory and data-protection compliance.

Performs revenue invoicing, client fee calculations, rebate payments, encashment processing, month-end journals, income analysis, and financial control reviews. The role also handles client queries, investigates issues and trends, improves processes, supports automation, and maintains procedure documentation while collaborating with relationship teams.
