Supervise day-shift whole-bird packing operations, lead frontline production teams to meet safety, quality, and production targets, ensure resources and staffing, support continuous improvement, and maintain an engaged, team-oriented workforce in a fast-paced plant environment.

Manage and grow strategic national customer accounts in the protein industry. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, identify expansion and renewal opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain, monitor market and pricing trends, and maintain executive-level customer relationships. Travel as needed to support partnerships.
