Supports loan originators by managing leads, prequalifying clients, preparing loan documents, entering applications and disclosures, pricing and locking loans, researching investor guidelines, coordinating underwriting submissions, communicating approvals, and managing closing details. The role also involves client and referral follow-up, transaction status updates, correspondence, cancellations, and administrative or sales support.

Supports loan officers by identifying and developing business partner relationships, generating and screening leads, marketing mortgage services, maintaining referral databases, coordinating partner events, and implementing mailing systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, sales ability, self-motivation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Weekend attendance at business partner events may be required.
