Serve as central coordinator and project manager for full-cycle recruiting engagements. Own search project plans, coordinate internal teams and clients, keep systems updated (JazzHR, Loxo, ClickUp, Google Suite), communicate status in ClickUp/Slack, support screening and interview coordination, and contribute to recruiting SOPs with an equity lens.
